The correct answer is (b) Freedom to participate in armed revolution.
Indian citizens have the freedom of speech and expression, which includes the freedom to criticize the government, its policies, and its actions. This is protected under Article 19(1)(a) of the Constitution of India.
Indian citizens also have the freedom to form associations and unions, and to move freely throughout the country. This includes the freedom to start a movement to change the government, as long as it is done in a peaceful and democratic manner. This is protected under Article 19(1)(c) of the Constitution.
